Sea Grape is a charming condominium perched atop Battery Hill, overlooking the Caribbean, Cruz Bay, and Cruz Bay village. Our unit has views to die for, and is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and hiking trails. We purchased SeaGrape after traveling to St. John since 1991 and we’d love to share our lovingly decorated island home with you.

SeaGrape has been decorated with art work and charming decor that will put you in an’islandstate of mind’! You will enjoy our updated kitchen and bathroom, and relax in our comfortable living room with TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and books.

Relax in our covered balcony and take your morning coffee or discuss your day at the beach while watching the boats in the harbor. As a guest at Battery Hill, you will enjoy our pool and deck that offers fantastic views of the harbor and the Caribbean. Grill a hamburger or fresh local fish and enjoy dining by the pool.

A car is not needed at the Battery Hill location, because it is a short walk to downtown, the beaches and trails. Taxis are nearby to whisk you away to our glorious beaches, or stop at the deli at Mongoose Junction, a great shopping area, pick up sandwiches and a beverage, and hike to some of the nearby beaches.

Remember, you are now in an island paradise!

Battery Hill is a beautifully landscaped enclave located in the village of Cruz Bay with an ambiance well suited to those looking for privacy, luxurious amenities and convenience of location.
